Summer may be behind us, but the energy in Ventnor is only ramping up. The Ventnor Business Association (VBA) is rolling into fall with signature events, planning sessions, and networking opportunities that put our members front and center. Here’s your roadmap for the season ahead.

Polar Plunge 2026 — Kickoff Planning Meeting
Thursday, September 18, 2025 · 6:00 PM

The Polar Plunge is returning on New Year’s Day 2026, and planning starts now. The first strategy meeting at SunDaze will cover logistics, volunteer roles, safety prep, and sponsorship opportunities. Whether you can help with planning or just lend a hand on the day itself, your involvement matters.
Pro tip: This is also the best way for businesses to secure early visibility leading into one of Ventnor’s most high-profile events of the year.
ACEA Regional Business-to-Business Mixer

Venue: Josie Kelly’s Public House, Somers Point, NJ (Google Maps)
The Atlantic County Economic Alliance (ACEA) is hosting a countywide mixer designed to strengthen partnerships and open doors for small businesses. Expect introductions to regional support programs covering financing, workforce development, and business services. Enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres and soft drinks, with a cash bar available.

Eagles Tailgate at Ski Beach

Get ready for a day of football spirit on the bayfront. In partnership with Ventnor City Special Events, the VBA will host an Eagles Tailgate celebration at Ski Beach. VBA members can vend at no cost, making this an ideal opportunity to showcase your business to both locals and visitors.

- Volunteers needed: help with setup, info tent, and breakdown
