From breakfast mixers and regional networking nights to the return of beloved local traditions like the Ventnor Block Party, there are plenty of opportunities for businesses and residents alike to connect and get involved.
As the Downbeach community prepares for another busy summer season, the upcoming VBA events offer a great chance to meet fellow business owners, promote your services, and celebrate everything that makes Ventnor such a vibrant place to live, work, and visit.
March 18 — VBA Breakfast Network Mixer
Start the morning with coffee, breakfast, and meaningful connections at North Beach Cafe from 8:30am–10:00am. This relaxed morning mixer offers valuable networking time with fellow business owners and professionals. A guest speaker will be announced soon.
March 24 — Multi-Association Networking Mixer
Hosted by the Northfield Business Association, this regional mixer brings together multiple South Jersey business organizations. It’s a great opportunity to expand your network and meet professionals from neighboring communities.
April 21 — Ventnor Business Association Networking Event
The VBA will host an evening networking event from 5:30pm–7:30pm. Location details will be announced soon. These gatherings offer a relaxed setting for local professionals to connect ahead of the busy summer season.
May 2 — Sip & Shop Hosted by Ventnor Social
After the tremendous turnout at last fall’s event, the VBA is bringing back Sip & Shop. Browse unique gifts for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and graduation celebrations while supporting local businesses.
May 9 — Ventnor City Block Party
The beloved Ventnor City Block Party returns from 10am–5pm along Ventnor Avenue between Portland and Troy Avenues. The VBA’s Big Red Tent will be there. Businesses are invited to drop off brochures, menus, and business cards for free summer promotion.
May 12 — VBA Member Appreciation Night
Join fellow members at Nucky’s from 5:30pm–7:30pm as the Ventnor Business Association celebrates its members and prepares for the busy summer season ahead.
May 23 — Ventnor Summer Kick-Off Concert
Summer begins at Ski Beach with Ventnor’s annual kickoff concert. Music starts at 6:30pm, and the VBA Big Red Tent will once again be there connecting with residents and visitors.
May 31 — 1st Annual VBA Phillies Tailgate
Watch the Phillies take on the Dodgers on a giant LED screen at Ski Beach. Gates open at 3pm. Expect food trucks, vendors, inflatables for kids, games, and a huge Phillies tailgate atmosphere.
June 6 — Le Tour de Downbeach
The popular Downbeach cycling event returns on a new date this year. Sponsorship opportunities are available with more event details coming soon.
June 9 — Multi-Association Networking Event
The Margate Business Association will host another regional networking mixer at Sunrise Tequila Bar from 5:30pm–7:30pm. Registration details will be announced soon.
