Thursday, July 3 – Independence Day Celebration
🍔 Food Trucks & Vendors – From 5:00 PM
- Arrive early and enjoy a variety of food trucks, local vendors, and craft booths starting at 5:00 PM.
- Crafters and vendors will also be set up at Ski Beach in Ventnor Heights.
🎶 Live Music on Newport Avenue Beach
- 6:00 PM – The Voice of Ventnor
- 7:00 PM – The Exceptions (performing during the Mile Run)
🏃♂️ 53rd Annual Ventnor Mile Run – 7:00 PM
- Starts at New Haven Avenue & the Boardwalk
- Registration opens at 5:30 PM at the Community Building
- Pre-register online at RunSignUp.com
- Race T-shirts guaranteed for pre-registered runners
🎇 Fireworks Over the Beach – Approx. 9:00 PM
The night concludes with a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the sky over the ocean. The show begins around 9:00 PM, timed with sunset.
Important Safety Info:
- The Ventnor Pier will be closed to the public starting at 8:00 PM for fireworks setup.
- The beach area near the pier will be roped off starting at 6:00 PM. Please follow all public safety instructions.
