Two big things coming up fast: our Networking Mixer/Holiday Party this Tuesday, and Plunge Day on January 1st.

Polar Plunge + Winter Festival — Wednesday, January 1st
The Polar Plunge is almost here! Below is the day-at-a-glance so you can plan and participate.

Stop by, support local, and get in on the fun before the big moment.

Polar Plunge at Newport Beach
Cheer on the plungers (or be one!) and enjoy the community energy.
After Festival
After Party at Ventnor Social
Ventnor Social is hosting an After Party immediately following the Festival.
Corporate Sponsorships Available
To help offset the cost of this year’s Polar Plunge and Winter Festival, the VBA is offering sponsorships
that include promotional opportunities for your business.
Silver Level
$100
Your business will be featured on the VBA’s website, Facebook, and Instagram, and listed on a large sponsor sign.
Gold Level
$250
Featured as a “Gold Sponsor” on VBA website + social, included on sponsor signage, plus a special large sign listing Gold Sponsors.
Platinum Level
$500
Featured as a “Platinum Sponsor” on VBA website + social, included on sponsor signage, and you receive your own large sign with your name/logo/contact info (however you want it).
Bonus visibility: Additional sponsor signage can be displayed throughout the coming year at many upcoming VBA events.

Volunteers Needed for Plunge Day (January 1st)
As we prepare for Plunge Day, we’re lining up volunteers to help make the day run smoothly.
If you can help, we’d love to have you involved.
Volunteer Roles
- Assist customers throughout the event
- Help with order checkout on the beach and at St. James
- Remain at St. James during the plunge to provide on-site support
How to Sign Up
Sign-ups will begin Tuesday at the Holiday Mixer at Aroma.
If you’re interested, please add your name when the sign-up information is shared.
Can’t attend Tuesday? Please reply to the VBA email and let us know how you’d like to help on January 1st.
