Fit4Mom Ventnor is intentionally designed for real life with kids. Strollers, snacks, and movement breaks are expected — not distractions. Moms can bring their children to class, or choose select evening and weekend options where kids are optional.
The focus isn’t on perfection or aesthetics. It’s about strength, confidence, recovery, and showing up in a way that fits your life.

Your first class is always free. Classes are held at the Ventnor Library, Hamilton Mall, and select weekend locations.
