Fit4Mom Ventnor
Fit4Mom Ventnor is a local chapter of the nationally recognized FIT4MOM fitness program, offering certified prenatal and postnatal workouts designed specifically for moms at every stage of motherhood. Classes are built to support strength, confidence, and community — with options for moms to work out with their children or on their own.
This is not a traditional gym. Fit4Mom Ventnor focuses on functional fitness, flexibility, and connection, welcoming moms whether they’re newly postpartum, expecting, working full-time, or simply looking for a supportive way to stay active.
Programs Offered
Stroller Strides – Full-body workouts designed for moms with babies and toddlers, combining strength, cardio, and core work
Stroller Barre – Barre-inspired strength and conditioning with both morning and evening options
FIT4BABY / Working Mamas – Prenatal-focused classes for expecting moms and working moms
Play Group & Community Events – Built-in opportunities for moms to connect beyond class
All programming is led by certified instructors and is prenatal/postnatal friendly.
