Joe holds dual certifications from the American Meteorological Society as both a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM #921) and the nation’s first Certified Digital Meteorologist (CDM #1). He also carries FAA Part 107 drone pilot credentials, allowing him to combine meteorological expertise with breathtaking aerial visuals.
