From all of us at the Ventnor Business Association — Merry Christmas, Ventnor. Whether you’re a year-round local,
a weekend regular, or visiting the shore for the holiday season, we hope today is filled with warmth, good food,
and the kind of little moments that make this town feel like home.
This time of year always reminds us how special Ventnor is — not just because of the beach and boardwalk,
but because of the people. The neighbors who stop in “just to say hi.” The familiar faces behind the counter.
The small businesses that keep the lights on through the offseason. The community that rallies around events,
fundraisers, and local traditions. That’s the Ventnor spirit — and we’re grateful to be part of it.
✨ The holidays hit different down the shore
There’s something about Ventnor in December that feels extra cozy. The air is crisp, the streets are quieter,
and you can actually hear the ocean on a calm night. Add in holiday lights, community events, and that “everybody
knows everybody” energy, and it becomes the perfect reminder that this isn’t just a summer town — it’s a real,
living community.
This season, Ventnor residents and visitors came out for local favorites and holiday traditions — including
the City’s holiday tree lighting and the Twilight Holiday Parade, which continues to bring people together along
Ventnor Avenue with music, smiles, and plenty of seasonal cheer.
When Ventnor shows up, it shows up in a big way — families, neighbors, business owners, and volunteers
all pulling in the same direction. That’s what makes holiday season here feel personal, not generic.
If you grabbed a last-minute gift, ordered takeout, booked a service, or picked up a gift card this month —
thank you. Small choices add up, and that support stays right here in the community.
🎁 Ventnor’s small businesses are the heartbeat of the city
The VBA is proud to represent a wide range of local businesses — restaurants and eateries, retail shops,
health and wellness providers, professional services, and everything in between. Some are brand-new. Some have
been here for decades. But they all have one thing in common: they’re built on relationships and community.
Behind every storefront is a story — a family working long hours, a team hiring locally, a business owner
doing the behind-the-scenes work nobody sees. During the holidays, that effort ramps up even more. Extended
hours. Extra staff. More deliveries. More planning. And still — a smile when you walk through the door.
We want to recognize the businesses, organizations, and community members who helped make this season feel
festive — from hosting gatherings and supporting local vendors, to helping organize and promote community events.
The VBA also appreciates the collaboration with Ventnor partners who help keep the city active and welcoming
throughout the year.
❤️ If you’re in Ventnor today…
We hope you take a little time to enjoy the simple things: a walk outside, a warm meal, a call to someone you
haven’t talked to in a while. And if you find yourself out and about — consider stopping into a local business.
Even a quick hello makes a difference.
However you celebrate, and wherever you’re reading this from, we’re grateful you’re part of the Ventnor story.
Thank you for supporting local, for supporting each other, and for continuing to make this community what it is.
With gratitude and holiday cheer,
The Ventnor Business Association
