Located in Ventnor City on the bustling Dorset Avenue corridor, Sasscer’s Cheesecakes is a sweet escape offering over 40 flavors—from classic plain to mocha cappuccino, apple peach cobbler, salty caramel cream, and more. Available in 4″, 6″, and 10″ sizes.

Founded in May 2021 by Lisa Sasscer, the bakery was born from resilience and love. After her wholesale business in Maryland was shuttered by the pandemic, Lisa relocated to Ventnor to open the shop with support from her fiancé. Every cheesecake is made with her mother’s beloved recipe.

Beyond cheesecakes, the bakery also offers decadent cakes, pies, bread, cookies, cream puffs, and cheesecake-filled cupcakes. Saturday mornings feature fresh scones, sfogliatelle, and savory quiches like Jumbo Lump Crab & Spinach and Quiche Lorraine.
